Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and some personal snacks to nibble on if needed. It would be most appreciated if you would also bring a healthy snack item to add to the community table. It is always fun to see the variety.

Feel free to bring a notebook and pen for the didactic portion of the seminar.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in and layers to stay warm. It may happen when Resonating a part for someone that you end up sitting on the floor for a short spell, so please dress accordingly.

We will take a lunch break each day and you are always welcome to use the wash room whenever needed.

The Granville Island Hotel is ideally located on the waterfront just minutes from downtown Vancouver and just steps from the famous Public Market, unique shops, artists’ studios and exceptional restaurants including Bridges, the Sandbar, Edible Canada, The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (cooking class & dinner) and the Keg Steakhouse. You can take your group on a dinner cruise, on a scavenger hunt or for a kayak race…the activities on Granville Island are limitless.
